To present a new “Starbucks“ idea – to start growing coffee beans in Brazil, regarding with:
Starbucks managers are very responsible people who always try to make this coffee shop chain the best it can be. Our managers are qualified to work with huge groups of people. They are experienced in developing new creative ideas that is why it is always easy to keep our business interesting.
Our business main risks are other coffee shops who also prepare great coffee, but probably biggest issue would be if our coffee suppliers would bail on us in case something happens that is why we are making plans to develop a new idea.
From the beginning Starbucks’s aim was to serve the best quality coffee and make sure that they build a strong relationship with their customers. This company’s goals are to start building more greener stores, use greener cups and to buy some land in Brazil where it could grow its one coffee beans.
Right now at Starbucks you can get different kind of coffees, create the taste how you want it to be by adding syrups or other interesting forms of flavouring, we can even offer a coffee made with liquid nitrogen. It contains no ice but stays cold. Also as of recently we started to make “Puppuccino”. This is a dog friendly drink that you can get for your animal.
In our shops we use a lot of equipment. Starting with coffee machines and ending with markers that we use to write our customers names on their cups. The technology we use to make the coffee is the best it could be. We also make sure that the only people who could go near all the technology is our employees who know what they are doing.
Starbucks employees are people who are qualified to work with other people. It is very rarely that our customer would encounter a rude barista. People that work here are always prepared to be in a good mood to produce the best service they can and also maybe to lighten the mood for the customers.
