Trip In Latvia Slides

Three days trip in latvia. This summer We are lucky because we have got a spacious car. Our route is Šiauliai – Riga – Jūrmala – Ventspils – Šiauliai. First day we are going to drive 130 kilometers. First day. Riga‘s Old Town. Aviation Museum and Car Museum. The next morning, after breakfast we will leave Riga and go to Jūrmala. Second day. Camping “Nemo”. The third day we will drive 160 kilometers. Third day. Castle of Livonian Order. Ventspils Old Town and Town Hall square. Trip Costs. Lodgings 97,6 euros. Meals at hotel it is included into the price.

We are lucky because we have got a spacious car, so we can take all what we need for the trip. Martynas is going to take two suitcases and I am going to take one. It takes half of a boot. The remaining space is for sleeping bags, a tent and an air mattress. The  most important things like water, emergency equipment, food and some personal stuff we put on the back seat. And we are going to borrow GPS from my father.

Our route is Šiauliai – Riga – Jūrmala – Ventspils – Šiauliai. It is about 570 kilometers. The whole trip takes 8 hours by car without defection and bad roads. We are  going to spend 44,6 euros for fuel.

The next morning, after breakfast we will leave Riga and go to Jūrmala. It is 30 kilometers and takes 30 minutes. Short road will give us more time to lay by the sea and at the same time to see some sculptures like the turtle sculpture called „Brunurupucis“, Jūrmala‘s globe, „Lačplesis”, the Fountain „Horizontas“ and take some photos.
