Obesity is one of the biggest problem nowadays around most of people. A healthy lifestyle is a broad term covering a number of lifestyle. Many people want to live healthy but do not know how to start. Some believe that a healthy lifestyle is active sport, others - that this is a balanced diet. Balancing diet and exercising in the modern and running time is very difficult. The company "Gramas" is developing to help the lithuanians to promote a healthy lifestyle, balanced diet and exercising.

The company "Gramas" focuses on people who are keen on physical activity that promotes a healthy lifestyle, that is why in company‘s brand reflected exercising man. In sales mark is visible a man lifting a barbell which is used in various sports (bodybuilding, fitness, etc.) in the physical lifting, pressing, pushing and other various muscle groups training exercises. Green brand color is chosen because it symbolizes health, youth, life, renewal and spiritual maturity. The company‘s name which is visible in the sales mark, symbolizes the weight loss or change because "gram" is the unit of weight.
