Business travellers are tending to spend money on services that provides comfort before flight time, during the flight time and after the flight time. A holiday travellers do not have particular needs and therefore no need to create as much comfort as for business travellers during the flight time.

Segment variables that were used by Silverjet were business customers that were travelling from UK to USA and backside. In my opinion the Silverjet airlines were concentrated on females a little bit more rather than on males for the reason that one of the features provided was “a woman-only lavatory on board”.
