Project Analysis example.

1.CONTENT:

Content was briefly presented. It was only briefly mentioned, that they will be speaking about an unknown country from a business perspective. However, no exact theme and sub-themes were mentioned, that would allow to track presentation smoother.

2.INDROTUCTION:

Accurate and appropriate. Speakers have explained why people who want to build a business in foreign lands or travel there for business affairs, should be aware of and understand cultural differences between countries.

3.BODY LANGUEAGE:

Movements were not distracting. With the help of body language they highlighted more important places. There was not too much movements or walking.

4.INTERACTION WITH AUDIENCE:

Very good. There was no reading, good eye contact. At the end of presentation there was crossword for knowledge check. Fun and effective way to communicate with the audience.

5.TRANSITIONS:

I have not fixed this aspect. However, language was smooth, no “mind jumps”, topics were in a logical sequence, it was easy and not boring to follow them.

6.VISUAL AIDS:

Wisely chosen. Not distracting your attention from language. Proper selection of images, as minimal text as possible.
