Today the property division in the family is a very common theme. It is hard to believe, that materialistic things can change a passing relationship, and pollute the memory, of dead parents. Like the rest of the world, including the Republic of Lithuania and the situation can not overtake. Asset division disputes are not settled with each other in practice, so here they are employed by the court. When carrying our tasks, we want to introduce you to one of these situations, to give you a short review on how they are being addressed and what type can be.

Aim – to expand our knowledge pf the court proceedings, it’s functions are activities of participants and the procedure; to prepare the presentation on the proceedings in the courtroom.

Secretary – Good morning, welcome to the hearing. Please provide your identification document and take your place in the hall. All rise the court is in session.

Today the court will hear the civil case No 555877 where Beata Michalovskaja is accused under paragraph 4 of Article 5.35 and paragraph 4 of Article 5.15 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
