In 2015, the company participated in 151 public procurements, winning 20 (13%) of them. Since 2012, the total number of SANITEX, UAB bids in tenders is 8 174, of which 1 724 have been won (success rate 21%). It also participates in Lithuanian universities and competes in public procurement mainly with other suppliers.

The leader of the company is Ramūnas Kairys. He manages all the work of the company and the staff working in it. The Commercial Division consists of separate divisions that have managers assigned to them:

Groceries - 1 product group manager and 3 responsible persons for certain types of goods.

Perishable and frozen goods - 1 product group manager and 4 responsible persons. Non-food products - 1 product group manager and 4 responsible persons.

Beverages and tobacco products - 1 product group manager and 3 responsible persons.

Based on the company's social insurance data, it was determined that the company SANITEX had 1 195 employees (2020-02-05).

Sanitex promotes the first way - employees are encouraged both economically and psychologically.

Control - is the control and regulation of the subordinates of the manager. Her subordinates often see her as a manifestation of mistrust, even persecution. Controls are needed to detect possible deviations from the intended conditions in a timely manner when submitting the assignment.
