Every large organization contains bad and good managers. Naturally, every organization wants a manager that is good at his job, because a good manager is the key to a successful, efficient business. There are certain aspects that define a good manager.

To begin with, a successful manager must be able to communicate with his employees efficiently. He must possess the ability to explain and show the employees how to correctly, effectively do certain tasks, assignments.

Secondly, worthy manager should always be able to motivate his employees, whether it is simple verbal recognition of well done job, or something more motivating – money bonuses or certain privileges at work.

Last but not least, a manager should know his employees well enough to be able to assign them to the right tasks. He must be able to tell apart which of his employees work best under pressure, who works best in teams and who is most efficient when working alone.
