Discrimination in the workplace.

We should all face against discrimination in the workplace because this kind of harassment sometimes even leads to suicide or very seriuos mental problems. How I am able to do something about it? That it is a very good question. You could talk with that person about it, call police If its necessary and it keeps happening again and again, you could sue him to court if you have enough proof, but in a first place I would suggest you to talk with that person why is he doing that and maybe find a solution to a problem. There is always a problem solver, you just have to do something about it and not be scared to talk with other people about it.

Making a long story shorter I would like to say that discrimination in the workplace could lead to suicide which would be very sad to happen, so I suggest all of us to unite against it and not be scared to do something about it, you cant just sit and cry and do nothing.
