Fuel injection pump systems is like the heart of the internal combustion systems. Thus, it needs to be treated with first care most importantly. Since, some of the succeeding engine problems can be traced and inherited therein as its root issue. That’s is why, there is a need to monitor its operational status and its function treating it in an isolated and solely focused condition measurement.

Internal Combustion engine basic principle remains modern to this day: a piston moving up cylinder compresses the air in the combustion chamber, followed by injection of diesel fuel into cylinder. Due to high pressure and high temperature injected fuel into the cylinder fires quickly,

Engine strokes reflects its working principle. In four-stroke engines, as well as in the first diesel engine, there are this stroke sequence:

The first stroke of the engine – intake. By rotating the shaft, the piston of the upper extreme point moves down, gas in the cylinder thins out, the intake valve opens, and through it into the cylinder gets in combustible fuel-air mixture.
