Gender stereotypes is a very common, they are not only describes the stereotypes beliefs of men and women, however, and indicate what should be men and women. In this leadership role, the devastating effects of gender stereotype women, as society is indeed a common perception that the characteristics which has leaders, are incompatible with the characteristics of women (which we attribute them too stereotype). Usually, when you create the male stereotypes, they provide the following characteristics: strength, confidence, self reliance, efficiency and determination, and we have identified the following types stereotype women's community-based features, how to care for others, sensitivity, loyal, and lovely service-mindedness.
