The advantages and disadvantages of dieting.
There are a number of advantages to dieting. Firstly, due to dieting you can loose unwanted of weight pretty quickly. This is the reason what usually diets are for. Moreover, if you eat less, you obviously spend less money on food. As a result, you end up thinking that you have succeeded – you have lost weight in a short period of time and now you do even have some money left for small necessities.
On the other hand, dieting has its own drawbacks. To begin with, if you are on diet, because you want to loose weight, you must understand that you are not going to be on that diet for the rest of your life and as soon as you come back to the previous eating habitats, you will gain all that weight back.
