Networking has a few expressions it might mean socializing with colleagues and friends. For others it is all about finding lots of useful business contacts. For others it’s a way to get help and improve communication skills. Referral is an act of referring someone for consultation, review or something else. In other words it means to provide some sort help to your friends or colleagues. I believe that networking and referral is very important nowadays because every relationship is based on communication and connection making, moreover it is even better if those relationships can provide benefits to both sides.
