Is It Really Worth To Make Science A Compulsory Subject For Secondary Schools Students?

Is it really worth to make science a compulsory subject for secondary schools students?

In today‘s world the Department of Education is worried about the decreasing number of students who are choosing to study science in secondary schools. There are some people who even proposed a plan to make science a compulsory subject for all secondary school students. Although science is necessary for our development, I still believe that every human is different and people should have right to choose what they want to learn in their secondary school.

To begin with, every human being is different, for example, some people enjoy reading, working with computers, other are keen on painting, creating new music or making new discoveries. That being said, people in secondary school have to have right to choose what they really want to do in their future and science in particulary shouldn‘t be a compulsory subject for that very reason.
