International law Summary.


International law is a law that regulates relations between states. International law can be divided into private international law and public international law. Public international law regulates the relationship between states and international entities. Private international the relationship between persons. International law deals with state immunity, with group rights, international crimes, nationality problems and so on. International law is comprised of the following branches: international criminal law, international humanitarian law which is also known as the law of war, diplomatic law, and international environmental law. International law has three primary sources: International treaty law, Customary international law, General principles of law.
