Human connection inspires.

Everybody would agree that, teachers play a big role in our lives, which results in us building a connection with each other. They put in effort to give us as much knowledge as possible for our future benefit. Teachers help us build our personalities. In the process of growing up as a person, we can easily get lost on the way. However, they keep us on track. If a teacher is truly devoted to their job, they will give us the energy of an inspired person that also tries to motivate their students. In my experience, teachers who are passionate about what they do are role models for students. We see them as an example of a person full of self-esteem. On the other hand, if the teacher is simply not interested and sees their job just as a duty, students are also more likely to as she mentioned, drop out due to bad influence or low attendance.
