Films can tell us a lot about the country where they were made.
Throughout this century, movies have become a modern way to visit a country digitally. Especially during this difficult period of the pandemic, people are able to watch a film and gain experience as well as knowledge about the country where the film was videographed. I hold the view that films can be educative about the place of their creation for some reasons.
With regard to eating matters, every country has its own unique comfort food. For instance, South Korean cuisine is very distinct and can be unfamiliar to someone who has never visited the country. Food is inherent from the South Korean Oscar winning film ”Parasite“. Jjapaguri that the house keeper made for the house owner‘s child is widely popular in the country and consists of two types of instant noodles and pork steak. Also, the delivery service is frequently used among middle class people. It is convenient, cheap and does not require time and effort for people who have worked all day and need a quick meal.
