My own opinion about this topic... facial expresions reflect the way that humans are acting, what they want to express to people, the kind of feelings he gives to us, it is a nice detail to take in mind. Our face is the window that reflect all the ideas we have and talking about the negotiation topic you can notice if the respective guy can be trustworthy or not.
