I have just watched a video about how one man traded a paperclip for a house. Of course the trade was not direct, he traded one thing for another for over 10 years.. Thousands of people were amazed by what he had achieved, so was I.

The presenter told a story how one boring day he was sitting at his desk and noticed a red paperclip sitting there, then he remembered a game called “Bigger and better” where you start with something small and you trade it for something bigger and then repeat. He wondered what would happen if he took this paperclip and tried to trade it. So the man posted a picture of that paperclip to a website where people posted things they wanted to sell. Two girls traded a fish shaped pen for his paperclip. The man thought that it was a lot better than his paperclip so he decided to keep on going and trade for something a lot better. So he did. He traded a pen for a door knob, that door knob for a camping stove, that for a generator and so on and so forth.
