Essay about Team activities.

Team activities can be fun. They can also be good icebreakers for meetings or a way to build stronger ties with members you already know. In this case I didn’t know my team members, so I had to be focus on remembering names and getting acquainted, also on understanding other strengths and weaknesses. My activity with a team in this case was about social media to research and organise information - why social media can be considered as a good thing and why as a bad thing. To accomplish our task first of all we decided to name our group as a “Wolfs” and get to know more about each other by talking about our self's because like that will be easier for assigning a suitable role for each of us and to set a timeline for all 6 team members to finish our task in time. In the end of our conversation about our self's we found out that each of us were so different and that was a benefit for our research because we can create different ideas.

Each member had Co-ordinator, Plant, Monitor Evaluator, Teamworker, Completer finisher roles and I was Resource Investigator and we all had different special features and weaknesses, by describing each of us our Plant team role member were very creative, imaginative and free-thinking so he could collect information very quick and give a new ideas, also good we had a Monitor Evaluator, he analysed and evaluated ideas and suggestions how to determine their viability, and helped to develop them further.
