Furthermore, marriage is the legally or formally recognized union of two people as partners in a personal relationship. Together they have same rights and duties for the family. But sometimes when living together doesnât go so well, married couple legally dissolves the marriage. In other words saying they divorce.
In conclusion, I believe that family law is very important tool in life, because it gives as a right to create a family, also if a family life doesnt go that well as married couples expected it allows them to divorce and of course family law protect the rights of children during parents divorce
Marriage and divorce are like antonyms, because of the fact that marriage can lift a relationship between two people into a next level and divorce is able to destroy all kind of relationships. That is why necessary to know how marriage and divorce law works, because it can help you make wise and calculated decisions in life.
In closing, I can say that marriage is very responsible decision which requires to take great responsibility not only for yourself but even for other person, because during the marriage you must make decision which can effect your family in various ways and of course it also can lead into divorce too.
To sum up, I strongly believe that when you buy an insurance, you are buying not only a assurance, but you actually buy a real protection from unexpected financial losses that could save you from heavy losses.
Furthermore, the Seimas administers many actions and proceedings, considers and adopts amendments to the Constitution, enacts and adopts resolutions to hold referendums, approves or rejects the candidature of the Prime Minister proposed by the President, approves or not the programme of the Government, appoints Judges of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court as well as the Chairpersons of these Courts, approves the State budget and supervises its implementation, considers issues of foreign policy, declares a state of emergency.
All in all, I believe that the Seimas is institution which represents me and all others citizens of Lithuania, because members of Seimas adopt laws for people that makes citizens life easier.
In my honest opinion, I believe that is very important that constitution prevents from government helding in one hands, because it is necessary for democracy that the power to elect the authorities would still remain in hands of citizens.
International law helps to fight with global problems, also helps in solving international crime, I strongly believe that one of most important questions is this law is very important?
