Chocolate Cupcakes with White Chocolate Frosting. Ingredients. Grams. Grams. Tbs. ½ tbs. Grams. Cup. Grams. Process. Mix cocoa powder and 1 cup boiling hot water. In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt. Combine butter at room temperature and powdered white sugar. Add this mixture to the flour mixture. Mix well in one direction, without any lumps. Add the cooled chocolate-water mixture to this bowl. Mix for another 5 minutes. Grease muffin/cupcake liners and place in the tray. Pour the batter up to more 3/4 of the way. Melt white chocolate. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Slather frosting on the cupcakes when they are done. Enjoy!
