Career planning is an exercise that is well worth the time invested because it sets you going on the path that leads to where you would like to go. At the very beginning of the process most people get stuck because there seem to be too many choices. Consequently, a feeling of self doubt might appear. That is why there are 2 effective ways of starting. The first is to find out what you really like doing and just do it. The second one is to find out which career gives what you want and build up competences for it. Whichever path is being chosen, it is necessary to think about your accomplishments.
