We had a pleasure to talk to the director of „andBooks“ company Paulius Griškevičius at the BookFair and he told us a little about the business.

To conclude everything we spoke about, I would like to mention, that this company surprised us with their unconventional strategy and thinking. They don’t trust traditional marketing strategies and they break all stereotypes in hiring their staff. For example they don’t have a single publisher working for them. Their main team consists of and art critic, business economics graduate and the director himself is an engineer. Pretty interesting, isn’t it? To add, as this company is really “young” and still evolving it will grow bigger and add new tendencies into Lithuanian publishing market.
