A sound mind in sound body.

Sound body is one of the things that every person wants. But what should they do to if they want to get it? First of all, they should eat good and nutritious food. Vegetables and fruits should conclude the most of person’s food ration because they have a lot of vitamins that is important for human’s body and its functions. Also, they should drink at least two litres of water every day. Water is important for our bodies because it consists about seventy percent of human’s weight. Of course people should move a lot because it is also important for our bodies. A lot of people say that they do not have time or they do not money for a gym but that is not a reason to be passive.
