However, It is very important to feel good and strong physically, if not – our minds become sick too. Firstly, sport not only helps to keep fit but while doing exercises all bad emotions are left in the gym. Secondly, those who are in good physical condition are more self-confident. For instance, their minds are not threatened with fear that something bad might happen. Thirdly, sport increases self-esteem. After long training people see their results and decide not to give up. They start thinking that they are worth much more than ever before.

As a conclusion, our body is like a temple and it is very important to find harmony with minds. If people abandon their body their minds react negatively and suddenly.
