What does it mean to make schools meaningful? Why it is important?

The majority of children and teenagers spend their lives studying in school. Schools provide us with academic education, they are also an important environment for personal growth. But many students do not find it meaningful. In order to make it much more relevant, it has to be inspiring and encouraging.

First of all, for me personally, meaningful school is school, that helping me and guiding me towards my future choices and desires. A study shows, that students are more engaged in working 35 plus hours per week in school to relate more directly to their futures. It is a true statement that learning an extreme amounts of uneseccary inmformation, tests and achieving grades only showed demotivation and anxiety among teenagers.
