It is an unique building, one of its kind in Lithuania, and it has very deep history with the russians trying to take over lithuanian TV and succesfully doing it, while Lithuania was protesting and trying to declare independency. Near it happened the January 13 events, where russians attacked poor innocent people with tanks and ran some of them over. It also has a cafeteria in it, a souvenir shop, and its very fun to look at Vilnius from above.
