To protect children rights. Provide support for those who were damaged from war or another disaster. To fight for equal rights. Specially for women rights.

1947 1950 - more than 6 million kids were given daily meals and clothes. 1973 - helped more than 70 countries by lowering the death rates caused by drinking dirty water. 1982 - the Child Survival and Development Revolution was launched. 1993 - life expectancy had increased by 33% of what it had been at the end of WWII.
