So in this presentation I‘ll talk about history of the smart homes, their benefits, and about the prices.

In the 1898 Nikola Tesla unveiled the first wireless remote control and it was lay the foundations of the smart houses. But nothing is really important until in the next 25 years there was the revolution in the home applieance with refrigerators, clothes drayers, washing machines, toaster, but it could be afforded only for wealthy people. The first Home Automations System was called „Echo IV“(Eko ford), which could control temperature, turn the appliences on and off wirelessly was developed in 1966 by Jim Sutherland (suferland), but still was only for the rich ones. In 1998 a demonstration called Integer Millennium House was opened(opend) in Watford presenting how home automation could be integrated to a home and THAT made a huge people‘s interests.
