The Impact Of Overpopulation To The Environment

The impact of overpopulation to the environment.

When you think about problems that our planet faces today, you may think that overpopulation is a minor problem compared to global warming, water pollution or air pollution, but actually overpopulation is the main contributor to all of the problems that the Earth is facing. This phenomenon became a problem when death rate declined to the minimum, new scientific discoveries could provide effective medicine and more food, and poverty rates became bigger and bigger every year. Even though most of the mentioned causes seem positive, but in the long run these phenomenon’s cause terrific effects to the environment.

One of the things that helped the number of people to grow to enormous number of people was the decline in the death rate. This may seem like a positive thing because people’s life span increased, but when every single person on the Earth can live longer; this results in bigger numbers of people.

One more thing that is greatly contributing the overpopulations is new scientific achievements.
