Firstly, discipline is really significant for teenagers, because they have to schedule their time. For example, it is beneficial at school, at work, when you need to do a lot of assignments, then discipline is really great, because you spend your time effectively. Consequently, you do not waste your free time and you will reach marvelous results because you keep discipline.

Secondly, strict discipline sets boundaries, which you must to comply. For instance, limits permit you to work consistently and then you do not have many breaks for your phone or social media.
