Sometimes roomates can be a problem for students. It‘s fun to always have someone to talk to and share something , however there are some downsides to this. Main problem would be that most of the times you won‘t be alone and won‘t have the privilege of a quiet room all for yourself. Also you won‘t be able to choose your roomate, because of this you might end up with someone who has unhealthy habits and bad lifestyle. To avoid these problems try to move in the room with someone you already know like a classmate or friend. Some dorm offer rooms that are suited for one person only, so you could look out for those.
