Shopping as hobby, good or bad?

Nowadays, it seems that shopping is becoming more and more necessary. In today‘s world we need everything, thousands of clothes, hundreds of elecetronic gadgets and dozens of modern cars. We usually do shopping in our free time like we are doing our hobby or some kind of activity.

From my point of view during these years we got really big changes that changed our shopping use. I mean in the past people just bought good when they needed them. They never bought useless things just because of fun. However, people in current time become more demanding than past. Also, modern life and huge amount of amazing advertising encourage us to go shopping again and again.
