Hobby it is the most important activitie in our lifes. Nowadays people do not have a lot of time to have hobbies. I agree that everyone in their lifes should have a hobby. So why it is important in people lifes?

First of all, hobbies tend to make a people happy, that is why they do it. For example, you could forget your negative thougts. As a result, after sports you will feel better and this will give you energy.

Moreover, hobby helps people to make friends. For instance, a team sport needs to cooperate with each other, it helps to start the communication. As a result, team sport can expand your social skills.

On the other hand, hobbies may be taking a lot of your time. For example, people may get obsessed with it and lose sight of their everyday lifes. As a result, hobbies can confuse you and you can lose your attention from school or other important thing.
