A: I’m afraid I disagree. In my view we should inform people about School Sports week, however, on the contrary I believe a poster or a leaflet isn’t the best option to do that. Why don’t we inform people about the event on Facebook or by e-mail? That sounds much more convenient.

A: I couldn’t agree more. As far as I’m concerned we are going to make a single poster and inform school’s members online. I believe we should discuss what the activities could be done in the school gym. We could invite professional trainers so they can organise a few quality training sessions.

B: I believe we are on the same page. Inviting professional coaches is an excellent idea because professionalism attracts people and by doing that we might possibly have more participants. We should also discuss the outside activities. I’m convinced that we should organise football, basketball tournaments for various age groups.
