You can see do you have necessary funds available to support the project.
Direct costs- this includes salaries for team members, specific materials, equipment, supplies for your project.
Indirect costs- this would be overhead costs, general and administrative costs.
There will be a difference between predicted costs and actual costs through the process of the project, I will try to show this on chart. As you can see in this chart the difference between actual and estimated costs is not big, this mean, that project was planned well.
In this task I have produced a Gantt chart using MS Project software and here you see the necessary screenshots of project plan.
