To evaluate the hiring process, measurement plan should be established and applied for the project.

Experts recommend that hiring project should be measured before and after the hire to ensure the performance quality of the process (Kaderali, 2015). Pre-hire measuring is to predict the quality of recruiting process from 30 to 60 days before candidates are hired (Adler, 2015). On the other hand, measuring post-hire quality can figure out the productivity and cultural fit of the employee’s performance.

Furthermore, besides comparing the result with the requirements of the recruitment proposal in terms of candidate quantities, actual amount and deadline, the quality of the recruitment process can be measured with regard to methods as following (Bika, 2020):

•New hire performance metrics are used to show quality of hire, which indicates the performance value of a new hire. This is a popular measurement applied by more than 50% of companies.

•Turnover and retention metrics are to provide the level how much new hires adapting and engage with the new organization. This mean is practiced by 48% of companies.

•Hiring manager satisfaction ratings are to indicate the impression of department managers for the new hire and the hiring process of the company. This measurement is utilized by more than 40% of companies.
