Edward Scott Geller (born February 7, 1942) is a behavioral psychologist that authored more than 350 research articles and over 75 books or chapters addressing the development and evaluation of behavior-change interventions to improve quality of life.

He is founder of the idea of "Actively Caring" - social norm, vehavior-focused Interventions to Promote Safety, Security, and Well-being. AC4P behavior is expected at home, at work, at school, throughout the community, and on the road. THE RESULT: Nations without wars, communities without violence, organizations without interpersonal conflict, schools without bullying, and families without abuse.
