It’s impossible to improve people’s standard of living and at the same time avoid damaging the environment. Do you agree?

Nowadays a lot of people want to live comfortably, but quite often it damages the environment. In my opinion, it is impossibe to improve people’s standard of living and at the same time avoid damaging the environment.

First of all, more and more people use cars. They do not want to go to the work on the feet or use public transport. People want to be independent and have their own cars. Cars damage environment. For example, they pollute air with CO2 emissions. Also, cars are dangerous for animals. This transport can kill animals in the streets.

In addition, people hunt animals for their fur, leather or other parts of the body.Some of them think that this way they can show that they live better than average person, who cannot afford real fur. It leads to environmental damage and misinterpretation of “improved standard of living”.
