Monologue: „Entertainment for the weekend“.

I was provided with a pie chart that displays the data which is based upon a survey called ”what entertainment would you choose for the weekend?” There are five answers presented in total, though the last one being displayed only as ‘other’ highlights the fact that there are many more possible answers to the topic question at hand. As it is shown in the illustration, the answer which has accumulated the largest portion on the votes is ‘cinema’ with 30% of the total people surveyed, followed closely by ‘concert’ option which is just under the first one, with 28% of the total votes. Seeing that the two responses who have accumulated the majority of the votes are ‘cinema’ and ‘concert’ options it is safe to assume that people surveyed prefer to spend their weekends in a more of a social setting, meaning that they want to share their experiences, be it in a concert venue or in a movie theatre, with a number of other people.
