Model monologues.

Nowadays human activities are constantly causing harm to the environment through pollution. Today I am going to talk specifically about the pollution of rivers and lakes. The given pie chart illustrates the results of a survey in which people were asked about their opinion on the quality of water in rivers and lakes. There are four slices that tell us about different responses. Overall, the most commonly shared opinion about the quality of water is quite good. The lowest percentage is 15% for the group that responded with the quality being excellent and also for the students with a viewpoint that water bodies have terrible pollution. A significant percentage of the respondents 27% think the quality is poor and majority 43% are certain the water is not bad. In short, the chart shows that a bigger number of respondents have a positive opinion about the water quality of rivers and lakes rather than a negative.

I personally am quite concerned about the pollution of water bodies, since my family and me enjoy spending our time by the lakes.
