It is impossible to imagine that the company would live without a manager. The management style is a complex set of relationships between manager and subordinates. The variety and complexity of the relationship between the manager and the subordinates leads to a variety of specific management styles, but it can distinguish certain parameters or criteria that characterize the characteristics that are grouped and analysed. Each leadership style has its own advantages and disadvantages, so the manager should have a flexible choice, how to work according to the current situation.

Scientific literature analysis confirms that the need for management existed at all times. The role of head of the organizational activities in a variety of special and very important, but also difficult and requires very large responsibility. Until now, there is no uniform classification of individual management style. Different authors and schools classify them differently.

After all, every leader has an interest in showing that it would be successful, prosper company establish themselves in the market, recognized by the public and, of course, to maximize profit.

The necessity of management existed at all times. The famous Egyptian pyramids and other ancient times mankind to create miracles could only occur in a coordinated, concerted efforts will follow. At present, the developed Western countries, the relationship between workers and managerial staff is 2:1, and in the future in some areas expected 1:1.

The management style is a complex set of relationships between manager and subordinates. The guide performs the functions assigned to him only in his own individual style. The work style of each manager is individual, because of the unique features of both his case and the management of the team. The managerial work style is the result of all the company's or organization's performance, the satisfaction of the people under his leadership.

The leadership function is extremely difficult. First of all, this is because management has a situational character; what's good and effective in one situation can be completely ineffective in another. In extreme cases, it is even difficult to justify the logic of management actions, which is why it is said that management (in terms of leadership function) is at the same time a science and an art.
