Also people can have own garden and garage near the house, but who lives in the flat mostly do not have garden or garage. On the other hand, living in a house have disadvantages. For example, there are more care of house like in wintertime need clear snow, take care of garden. Also, there are earth taxes, while people who live in flat do not have it.
