I am writing this letter to complain about the poor service your company “Company Welcon” has been supplying to us. As both parties are aware, your company has been supplying us with doormen and receptionists for over five years, showing loyalty coming from both sides. We have not filed any complaints in those five years, but recently the quality of your service has declined drastically. Your employees have fallen far behind the standard we have set at our company, - they have been misdirecting our customers, keeping our customers waiting, and being incredibly rude to them.
