Job Interview Interpretation

Job interview interpretation.
Good morning everyone. It’s nice to see you all here today. I am here today to inform you about interviewing for success. My speech will have 3 parts. Firstly, I’ll inform you about the warm – up stage. Secondly, I’ll tell you about the question and answer stage. And finally, I am going to let you know about the closing stage. At the end of my speech I’ll be happy to answer all your questions. So, let me begin the first part of my presentation.
The most important stage of job interview is the warm – up stage. Psychologists say that half of interviewer’s decision is made from the first 30 to 60 seconds and another 25 percent is made within 15 minutes. If you started in the wrong way, it’s hard to change interviewer’s opinion. As Will Rogers once said : “there's no second chance to make a first impression”. Now I’ll tell you a story. One of my group friends spoke to the HR manager of a logistics company called European coach service and she told a story about one particular woman, who she had interviewed a couple of years ago. The woman was in her mid-thirties and her resume was outstanding – she spoke very good english, had many years of experience in logistics and didn’t have any problems in prior jobs – but her interview lasted for only 2-3 minutes because she came in with awful, messy hair, scratched-off nails and torn sneakers.
