Besides, when lawyers have insufficient evidences, they may not adjudge who is guilty or conversely – punish somebody who is actually innocent. Jury's wrong verdict could lead to a society’s disaffection of trial system and government. For this reason, judging people is a very responsible job and lawyers’ sentences must be right because the trial is one of the most important and powerful institution in the country and jurists must have a reliance of citizens.

In my opinion, the British and Australian jury in criminal case should enable a law which would permit to jurists to be aware of person’s past criminal records before they reach their final decision on defendant.
