Human rights are the basic rights and freedoms that belong to every person in the world, from birth until death. Human rights derive from natural rights. These rights are invoilable. Human rights are international norms that help to protect all people everywhere from severe political, legal, and social abuses. Human rights are sometimes divided into negative and positive rights. human rights instruments can be classified into two categories: declarations, global instruments. The first international legal effort was the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (abbreviated UDHR).A great number of countries across the world have incorporated these fundamental principles into their laws and practices.
