Comparing human error in aviation and non-aviation we can see, that majority of accidents were made in non-airline.
As we can see from the table, comparing human causes in airline and non-airline more crashes by human errors were made with other means of transport. That shows that the most safety way to travel is by plain.
In the begining of the flights human errors cause of aviation made just 20% of all accidents and these days increased till 80%.
Although it causes a lot of chrashes, compared with other means of transport (cars, railways and etc.), traveling with plain is the safest way to reach a place.
