There are many people who believe that studying history helps young people understand their own culture and how their culture and country has evolved. Furthermore, it also tells people about other nations or cultures. For example, they can understand from where they came from and to whom they belong. That gives them strength and more confidence to sustain and succeed in future obstacles. What is more important, is history helps people to know about all events and which wrong or right decisions were made and the outcomes of them. It can benefit younger generations to be aware of these mistakes and to avoid any similar situations in the future to develop their countries in better ways. For instance, pregnant mothers used to give birth at home without any medical supervision which lead to either, the mother’s death or baby’s disorder, but today’s people have learned from these wrong decisions and avoided it.
